My name is Beth and I’ve been a running blogger since 2009, this space was formerly, Discombobulated Running. Well, a lot has changed since then and I’m thrilled to still be both writing and running. I started triathlon in 2010 and have completed numerous marathons, half marathons, an Ironman and every distance in between.
I ventured into coaching in 2015 and have been having a blast at it ever since. I am a certified USATF Level 1 coach, as well as a USMS certified Level 1 & 2 coach. I am also a USA Triathlon Coach and an RRCA certified coach. In addition, I also hold a Certified Personal Trainer certificate.
I believe that running and triathlon can fit into any lifestyle and it should always be a fun, stress reliever – no matter your goals. I work with beginners to advanced athletes and the only things I request of my athletes is hard work and a good attitude!
I hope to share ideas with you and keep active for as long as these legs can carry me.
Don’t be afraid to drop me a note in the comments or shoot me an email. I’m glad you’re here.
