Well, today is NOT that day! It’s National Running Day! Just in case you weren’t made aware already by your thousands of running dork friends and bloggers. Like me!
So get out there today and run a little or run a lot. Think about why you run and enjoy the feeling of movement and run for those who can’t.
Why do you run?
I run because I can. I run because it makes me feel strong (even when I have runs that at the time make me feel weak). I also love finish lines and run for the BLING!!!
My asthma stays at bay with running! It makes me feel alive and I'll keep doing it until I can't!
I run to feel capable! I love feeling like my body is strong and able!
I run cause father Time is chasing me!
