It’s the holiday season and every blogger and their mother are hosting a giveaway. So of course, I wanted in on that action. I mean, since everyone else is doing it…. (That’s how I wound up doing an ironman in the first place. Peer pressure.)
 
And in the holiday spirit of hugging relatives who smell of fruitcake and mothballs it’s only right that I extend a stinky hug to all of you. Except my hugs smell like unicorns and Secret deodorant. No? Not interested in that hug? Ok fine. What about a hug for your calves? One that smells of brand new stretchy fabric and future PR’s? Yeah, I thought you’d like that better. Ya weirdos.

    I have never tried compression socks but have heard good things about them, for training, recovery, and long airplane flights.

    They really have some cute compression socks and I really need another pair. I was pregnant for much of the last year and I wore my only pair of compression socks nearly daily. They made a huge difference!
