Because it’s Friday and I feel like posting something a little random and yet, so funny, I’d thought I would share this little gem: 5 Reasons Riding a Bike is the Most Humiliating Exercise

And man, don’t I know it.

This is obviously why I am having so much trouble. Even though yesterday was a total NON-FAIL, I still can’t help but nod my head at every single one of these reasons. They make a very strong argument here.

Instead of riding this evening I am being welcomed into the loving arms of running. No crazy clips, no butt chafing, and no falling at speeds faster than I can run.
