I had a great track workout last night. I ran all 3 of my 1/2 mile repeats right at pace and of course being here in sunny Florida, it was HOT. However, I was prepared with a cooler of ice, water, and towels. I am really sticking to The Plan because soon enough I’ll be up to 10 of those things! No need to go above and beyond just yet…

I love that you love to run! I think I would love it too if 1.) I did it more than once a week and 2.) I wasn't so darn lazy. It's a good cure for the blues… runners don't need so much Xanax!
