Kept ya hangin’

I am so sorry to keep you all hangin’ but it’s been a looooong weekend. I’m pooped from travel, early birthday festivities, and oh yeah, that little marathon I ran in Ft Lauderdale.

I’m happy to report that I had a solid nineteen minute PR and will have a race report for you all soon enough.
