Anywhoo Rah, I finished the MCM today and have the sweet medal to prove it. While it wasn’t a PR and it wasn’t exactly the easiest race, I did have a great time in DC. And can’t wait to give you all the full recap.

Congrats on MCM! I wish I would have known you were running – would've loved to meet you. Saw your pictures with Ben Mena – and I was like, "That's BOB"!! I was working the MCM expo for Brooks.
