Sorry about that folks. Unfortunately, running nerds often have conversations about gross bodily activities. Will try to keep those in check for at least a week.
I think the only people who'd complain posts like that are non-runners…and if that's true then they're not your audience anyway so who cares! You can post about bodily functions all you want…we all speak the same language…i think…Haha!
