As the mother of all Thankful Thursdays it’s hard to narrow it down on things I’m thankful for but for starters, I’m really thankful that blogger allows me to see how people end up on this little spot on the blogosphere.
It should come as no surprise to you that EVERYONE is thankful for RAINBOWS AND UNICORNS. I kid you not. Apparently that phrase is searched for. A lot. So I just want to go ahead and take credit for being ahead of the curve with my love of unicorns. I’m fond of rainbows but unicorns are where it’s at. Unicorn lovers unite!
Ok, so that’s not really my thankful items for the day but it did make me giggle yesterday when I was looking at the blog stats.
I’m thankful for my legs, even when they get tired and wonky. I’m thankful for my arms, even if they resemble a T-Rex, they come in handy when I swim. I’m thankful for my feet, they are sorta big but they have carried me many miles. I’m thankful for my core, it keeps me upright when I need the support. I’m thankful for my lungs, even when they are on fire during a torturous track workout. I’m thankful for my heart, it keeps pumping all the good blood to my over taxed muscles. I’m thankful for my ears, they let me hear the cheers from friends and family. I’m thankful for my eyes, they allow me to see ahead to the finish line. I’m thankful for my healthy body and the ability to swim, bike, and run.
I’m thankful for great friends and family. I’m thankful that my friends and family are healthy. I’m thankful for the time I get to spend with each and every one of them. I’m thankful for new friends and friends I’ve had for almost my whole life. I’m thankful for this blog, it’s brought me even more friends. I’m thankful for movies, racing, and cupcakes. I’m thankful for puppies, kitties, and all other cute animals. I’m thankful for the beach, the mountains, and the view outside my bedroom window.
I’m thankful for silly jokes, inside jokes, and bad jokes. I’m thankful for ab contests, Bubb Rubb, and random videos found late at night on youtube. I’m thankful for flowers, zombie books, and steak sandwiches.
I’m thankful for every single day that I’m on this earth.
Happy Thanksgiving! What are you thankful for?
