In case you missed yesterday’s post, I invite you to now go back and read the back story on why I am insane. No wait. It’s the back story on the dance I would like do when I finish (I’m finishing goshdammit!) my first 70.3.
This dance is sweeping the nation. I’m not kidding. As I type this it’s on the Today show. I may or may not be obsessed with it. I would like those of you not aware of this awesome weirdness to check out the video below as a good sample of the singer Psy as well as how to do the dance via the lovely Britney Spears (she looks great by the way) and the always funny Ellen DeGeneres.
